3.What is the OPD timing?

Our Guwahati Clinic:Monday to Saturday: 9 am to 2 pm Our Rangia Clinic:Tuesday,Thursday and Saturday:3 pm to 5 pm Sunday:Off

4.What is a registration fee?

This is a fee charged by the hospital. It is a onetime fee. Your record are kept in the records and a unique hospital identification number, UHID ,is generated in your name. It helps to track all your reports, consultation and billing.

5.What is the consultation fee?

This is a fee charged for the consultation with your doctor.

6.Do I need to pay consultation fee for every visit?

No. All hospitals have different policies regarding this. Most urology consultations are not charged for 4 weeks.

7.When can I call for appointment?

All days: 9 am to 9 p.m. your call has been missed. We will call back or drop in a message in WhatsApp or in our mail.

8.Can I WhatsApp or mail my reports?

Yes, you can. We will respond to your queries as soon as possible.

9.Can I have a video consultation?

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are starting virtual consultations, diagnosis and treatment through live video chat. All aspects of the visits are similar to an in-person appointment, but are conveniently available from the comfort of your own home. This service is under development as yet.

10.Do you keep a record of my medical documents?

We are shifting to electronic medical record, EMR in view of increasing use and availability of smart phone, computer and internet connection. This will help prevent loss of medical documents and easy accessibility.

11.What information will I need to schedule an appointment?

When calling to schedule an appointment please provide the following:

Patient’s full name (including middle initial) Date of birth Current address and phone number Current Health Insurance information if any

12.What if I can't make my appointment and I need to reschedule?

Please call or WhatsApp or message us as soon as you realize you will not be able to keep your appointment. We prefer all cancellations be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will allow us to give another patient the opportunity to be seen.

13.If I call with a question, when can I expect a call back?

We are with patients throughout the day, so it is usually not possible for us to immediately answer phone calls. We will return your call as soon as possible. To help us get back to you quickly leave us your full name, reason for the call and current phone number.

14.Where to call in case of emergency?

A life-threatening medical emergency is any situation which endangers life or limb, involves uncontrolled bleeding, loss of consciousness or cannot be delayed without serious effects on your health. If you are having a life-threatening emergency go to the nearest hospital emergency room.
